I’m honored to be speaking at Plain Talk in Complex Times, on Friday, September 23rd, 2011, in Arlington, VA.
Presented by The Center for Health Literacy, in collaboration with the American Public Health Association, this conference will build skills for communicating about health — in person, on the Web, and in print.
My talk, “Healthcare in the age of social media,” will explore my social media journey in health care since 2004, and will have a more patient and institution-centered focus.
Plain Talk in Complex Times marks the second date of my Fall 2011 speaking schedule, and I look forward to meeting KevinMD.com readers during my travels.
