A doctor was fatally shot in an exam room. “John David Beavers, 47, of Zirconia, was charged with first-degree murder and was held without bond Friday, police spokesman John Dankel said. The motive and Beavers’ relationship with Ling were not immediately known. Investigators were looking into reports that a member of the gunman’s family had been treated at the clinic, Dankel said.”
