A problem everyone would like to have – the province of Alberta is trying to decide what to do with a surplus of money. “Hoping to reduce wait times, Alberta Premier Ralph Klein has announced a plan to spend $1.4 billion of his province’s oil-driven surplus to fund 20 health-care projects.”
That’s not a bad way to spend it.
