* a 10-year old girl loses her ovary when a CT scan isn’t done early enough, despite several ER visits.

* a primary care physician settles for over half a million dollars when a patient who died of colon cancer didn’t return fecal occult cards.

* a psychiatrist settles for $300,000 when he failed to warn against priapism when he prescribed Trazadone.
