Dr. Bennett is making his case to the Board of Medicine. “It would be nice if this woman had any legal basis whatsoever to have continued this case to this point in time. She has arrogated power onto herself and the board which is not existent in the body and laws of this land. In asserting what she says, she denied the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. She is saying neither they nor the New Hampshire Constitution have any meaning, and if she’s correct in that assertion, God help us all.

Whatever portion of my tax money has paid her salary has been wasted. Ditto for AG Richard Head and Donald Vandal, the aptly named investigator. There should be a general housecleaning at the AG’s office. As a taxpayer and citizen, it’s my expectation the law is here to protect us all and when it doesn’t, you will hear me speaking out.”
