Curtis Campbell

Curtis Campbell is a physician and the founder of Tatanka Labs, where he builds software for clinicians who are paid on production. He created Tatanka Ledger, a free work relative value unit (wRVU) and compensation tracker for physicians, NPs, and PAs, after years of keeping his own encounter log by hand, a habit that eventually surfaced a compensation discrepancy affecting roughly fifty providers.
Tatanka Labs also publishes a free, no-sign-in RVU calculator and a library of plain-language guides on wRVUs, contract terms, and malpractice tail coverage.
He writes about compensation transparency: why a productivity report is not self-verifying, and what it takes for a clinician to independently check the number their pay depends on. His writing has appeared on KevinMD, including "The physician compensation check almost nobody does." He shares updates on LinkedIn.
